1. Cancellation Terms and Procedures
Trial Usage: All users access the Etgigrup Educational System on a trial basis. This allows users to fully familiarize themselves with the system, its features, component offerings, and operational framework prior to purchase.
Informed Decision: Users who choose to purchase Etgigrup services are deemed to have completed the trial usage, fully understood the provided service and its components, and approved the product/system.
Intentional Purchase: Any transaction conducted through Etgigrup is an action carried out with the User’s complete awareness and explicit consent.
Service Suspension: Etgigrup reserves the right to suspend the service purchased by a User in the event of any breach or violation of the rules specified in the Terms of Use.
Non-Refundability: Etgigrup reserves the right to withhold suspended services. Consequently, cancellations, returns, or refunds for purchased or suspended packages shall not be granted under any circumstances.

2. Warranty Terms & Disclaimer of Liability
Limitation of Liability: Etgigrup shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Etgigrup, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or data.
"AS IS" Provision: The Etgigrup system is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Etgigrup makes no commitments, representations, or warranties that service disruptions will not occur, or that the provided content is complete, entirely accurate, or fit for a specific purpose.
Right to Modify Content: Etgigrup reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or obligation, to modify, update, remove, or add new elements to all or any portion of its content.
